Yoga, Movement, Conscious Breathing & Meditation are not just exercises; they are very powerful practices of presence with the self in the moment, generating a self love discipline with intention and direction. They create space in the mind, body and spirit for new experiences, opportunities and habits but most of all they de-clutter the mind, body & energy of everything you don’t need. As your practice grows and awareness expands you connect into yourself; you learn to focus and direct your energy internally and externally, on and off the mat.
All classes are guided intuitively, based on what the group or individual needs physically, energetically and spiritually. I connect in - feeling blocks and stuck energy - incorporating breathing, movement, sounding, energy exercises and meditation into a flow fit for all bodies in that moment. I offer wisdoms and insights you can access again when you feel they’re needed, thereby ultimately empowering you to be your own guide and healer who is present with your body, mind and spirit.
